Equipment Rentals
At Clarion Hotel & Convention Center we pride ourselves on providing our guests with all the comforts of home with an exceptional level of service. For your convenience, we have compiled an inventory of audio visual equipment available for rent. The following is a complete list of our equipment and services.

Groups
At Clarion Hotel, we will make sure you and your guests receive nothing but the highest level of service.   We realize that no matter how large or small the detail, we understand it can make all the difference. It is our goal to make your stay here at the Clarion Hotel & Convention Center enjoyable and we will accept no less.

For your group's convenience, we have dining facilities on our property so you do not have to venture far to find a good meal. Indulge in one of a kind Woodstone Oven cuisine at Glacier Rock Restaurant & Bar, or plan the perfect meal in our Convention Center. Whether you are looking for a formal dining experience or want an option that is quick and easy, we have specialty menus to cater to your every need. Our professional staff will also be available to assist you in planning the perfect meal.

Group Tour Policies
General Information:

• A minimum of 15 rooms is required to qualify for group rates
• Room rates are based on double occupancy.  There are additional charges for additional people
• Check-In is 4 PM, Check-Out is 11 AM. Early arrival must be scheduled
• A Complimentary Continental Breakfast is provided each morning for your group

Baggage Handling:
Baggage Handling is available for a fee

Complimentary Rooms:
1 Complimentary room is provided with every 15 paid rooms on a master bill
Driver Policy The Driver will receive 50% OFF the regular room rate

Complimentary Meals:
A complimentary meal is provided to the Driver and Tour Director on all contracted meals at Glacier Rock or the Convention Center.

Reservation Policy:

• A $100 Deposit and signed contract must be returned within 14 days of contract date
• A $500 Deposit is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellation must be 25 days prior to your arrival date.
